How can we help?

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. In some situations, buyers may be responsible for any applicable return shipping and restocking fees depending upon the condition of the item upon return. There are no shipping fees if an item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect. If you would like more information about an item before you purchase, please email support@ecr4kids.com with your questions and/or link to the item and we will be happy to assist you. 

Where are your products made?

Our products are manufactured all over the world. We produce right here in the United States, as well as Mexico, China, Vietnam, Taiwan, Spain, Israel and more.

How long will it take to ship my items?

We aim to ship within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase and we have warehouses across the country working hard to bring your items to you as soon as possible barring any transit delays with the carrier. 

Do you do International Shipping?

We currently do not ship internationally or outside of the contiguous 48 states. However, we would be happy to ship an item to a U.S. based freight forwarder of your choosing who can then ship the item to you. 

Do you accept tax exempt purchases?

We do accept tax exempt purchases and can assist you in submitting your tax exempt form. If you have not already done so, you will first need to sign up for a customer account on our website. Email support@ecr4kids.com to provide us with the customer account name, email address, the proper tax exempt form. Once validate the form, we will mark your account as tax exempt for all future purchases. 

Do your products require assembly?

Some of our items arrive ready-for-play, but most products will require some assembly. Please refer to the item’s description as it should be noted if adult assembly is required or not. 

Are your items GREENGUARD [GOLD] Certified?

We proudly offer an extensive catalog of GREENGUARD [GOLD] certified items, to ensure low VOCs and healthier indoor air quality for you and your kids. You can find our complete list of Certified low VOC products within our Resources tab.

I need help with an order I received, who do I contact?

Do you offer a Military discount?

We currently do not offer military discounts however you can sign up for an account on our website with a subscription to our newsletter and you will receive a discount code for 15% off on your first purchase! 

The item I want is sold out. When will it be back in stock?

We are working hard to keep everyone’s favorite items in stock. However, due to global supply chain disruptions, some of our products have been delayed. Your patience is greatly appreciated. If you would like to reach out about a specific item’s arrival you can contact our customer support team at support@ecr4kids.com.  

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

We currently do not accept purchase orders or offer quotes at this time and only accept upfront payments on our website via Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Venmo and PayPal.
You can sign up for a customer account on our website and subscribe to our newsletter and you will receive a discount code for 15% off on your first purchase! If you are tax exempt you can forward a copy of your tax exempt form to support@ecr4kids.com and we will update the account so no sales tax will be applied to your orders.
